View @ The Cliff. . Overlooking the picturesque Jungmun Beach, The Cliff (더클리프카페) is a modern gastrobar and beach club for the young and trendy. . Expect this instagrammable place to be packed especially during sunset, when the gorgeous views surrounding The Cliff are awash in nature's warm and cool colours. . Ambience at The Cliff is styled like a tropical tiki bar and beach club. Step past the glitter and sequin decorated entrance, and you'll be greeted by a spacious indoor area lit by colourful neon signages, arrayed with metal and wooden furnishings of regular and standing height. At the semi-sheltered al-fresco outdoor area are plush cushioned beach chairs and decorative surfboards . Service at The Cliff is largely self-service, with ordering, payment, and collection over the counter. Some of the young staff are able to converse in English, and the menu has items listed in both Korean and English. That said, some pictures would be more helpful. I also note that cleaning up is done leisurely. For the older folks, the music plays a little too loud - the volume induces people to lean in close to converse. . Food at The Cliff is Modern Korean fusion cuisine, drawing on American, British, and Italian influences. They offer an extensive variety of expensive drinks, with picture-worthy cocktails. Food options are limited but delicious and affordably priced, outnumbered nearly 3:1 by the variety of drinks. . Dishes are large and hearty in portion, and can be shared. Prices are high, as befits a gastrobar with trendy vibes and scenic ambience, budget about KRW ₩40,000 / SGD $40 per person.

You get to serve yourself at the bar, that's why I only put 2 stars for service, otherwise the barman was very nice and spoke good English. I took a coconut, which unfortunately only had coconut water inside a d no opening nor spoon provided so you can eat from it. As such it appeared a bit expensive 16k, given that an ipa on the tap is 13k for 33cl. I also took a cocktail which was very good, though a bit too sugary. Finally I ordered snacks and got a wonderful basket of Korean snacks (well some imported from the Philippines) but it was worthwhile we had a lot of fun discovering the different flavours. Except for one, the dried fish sticks, that I even offered to an errand cat who didn't want them 😂 The terrace is very nice and cosy, with a superb view. Unfortunately many tourists come and make videos of it without even bothering that you're in the background. Inside the music may be a bit loud for some people, but very good dj and a nice atmosphere.a refreshening taste of modernity in Jeju.

POOR!! The male bartender is very mean! Especially treating foreigners in a rude manner! We prepared a list (In English as per the menu) of order in phone to ease the ordering process, he looking at the list but looks confused , then he DROP my friend’s phone at the counter and showing hand sign (Like whattt?) only hand keep pointing but not even talking! We were totally surprised by his reaction and attitude as a foreign traveller, what a UNPLEASANT experience despite the atmosphere is chill. Food is pretty good. Hopefully the management can look into this issue, as we’re not the only one complained. Perhaps training is required for this poor manner people or just not assign them to do deal with customer!

Absolutely stunning views of the beach and sea side. Good bar snacks and drink options. Gave it 2 stars only for service because it is self service place. Which I found a little irritable considering I had to keep going back and forth to order and pick up everytime I wanted another drink or food item. Also, it said on a sign, that dancing is not allowed. Which I found to be counter productive. I mean, I'm sitting at a beautiful place with good music, good food and drinks, but nobody is allowed to dance. Very weird. Nonetheless, absolutely stunning place. Absolutely 5 star overall

The place is situated in a popular spot with lots of things to do around the area. Lots of seating in side and out for chilling. Tunes are great and the chicken wings and wedges we had were delicious. The place is extremely over priced but the facilities you get are good with fast WiFi. Had an Long Island and blue Hawaiian drinks which were both awesome. Great views of the ocean and if you do manage to get seating on the cushions outside it’s relaxing. There are games inside such as darts and a pool table.

We spent here our whole day: we had breakfast in the morning, lunch and aperitivo during a warm and nice sunny day. Atmosphere is cool with nice music and super chill vibes! But no service at the table so you need to go inside pick up orders when ready, the only minus I found. Food is decent with many yummy options; cocktails are not amazing, better opting for a fresh beer if you are in the mood for alcoholic beverage 🤩 If you need sunscreen, the store outside in the parking lot has it ;)
