recently ate at Gobansikdang and it was such a great experience! The meat was fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked right at the table. The side dishes were generous and tasty, especially the kimchi and dipping sauces that made the flavors even better.

The staff were really friendly and quick to help, making sure the grill was just right and that we always had enough banchan and lettuce wraps. The atmosphere was cozy but lively, which made it a perfect spot to enjoy Korean BBQ with friends.

「고반식당」「ゴバン食堂」

今回訪問したお店は　「고반식당」「ゴバン食堂」 地下鉄３号線の８番出口を出て、300メトルぐらい歩いたら着きます。

僕たちは二人だったので、「ゴバンカップルセット」を注文 熟成生サムギョプサル、ロースが含まれており、味噌ご飯とキムチチゲの中から一つを選べます。

まずは、韓定食のように多様なおかずが出ます。

熟練した従業員が直接焼いてくれて最上の味で楽しめる熟成生サムギョプサル 焼きたての豚肉はジューシーで、一口噛めば肉汁が溢れます。

塩、わさび、塩辛、ギョウシャニンニクのナムル、キムチなど肉の楽しみ方が豊富なのもこの店ならではの楽しみ方。

サービスで提供する茶碗蒸しとセットメニューで選んだキムチチゲも珍味です。

한정식 한상차림 같은 밑반찬이 먼저 세팅됩니다.

숙련된 종업원이 직접 구워줘서 최상의 맛으로 즐길수 있는 숙성 생 삼겹살 다 구워진 돼지고기는 촉촉하고 육즙이 넘쳐 흐릅니다

소금, 와사비, 젓갈, 명이나물, 김치 등 고기를 즐길수 있는 방법이 다양한것도 이 가게만의 재미
