I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience here. The salmon sashimi was not fresh at all — it had a dull texture and lacked the vibrant colour of good-quality fish. What’s worse, the white fish sashimi was clearly still frozen in the centre, which is completely unacceptable and dangerous when serving raw food.

When we ordered a second round of the raw beef dish, they didn’t even bother to provide a fresh raw egg like they did the first time. Has raw egg become too expensive to serve properly now?
