Tonkotsu ramen here is one of the worst ramen I ever had in Seoul. Unlike the way it claims on the menu, it is far from the Japanese style donkotsu ramen. Soup is light and doesnt taste like pork broth. Chashu was dry and has no taste. Noodle, the worst part of the dish, was sloppy and tasted like a cheap instant noodle. My friend who had Katsu-Nabe said the dish was alright. But ramen I had was so dissapointing.

We passed by after being rejected at another restaurant and the owner was kind enough to let us eat even though they were closing in 30 minutes. I ordered the shoyu ramen and my mom ordered the Nagasaki jjampong. The ramen soup has a very strong pork flavor which is very tasty. The pork was a little tough but the flavor made up for it. Even my picky daughter loved the soup. I tried a shrimp from my mom’s dish and it was very plump and well cooked.
