Just know, I'll be very strict, as I myself worked at McDonald's in another country and know the gold standards of service. I received the order and went to the second floor and accidentally my drink, standing on the edge of the tray, fell and spilled:( I went to the cash register with a glass to report that I need a new drink and it would be nice to wipe the floor, to which the instructor/manager answered me "no repeat". Perhaps we didn't understand each other because of the language barrier, and worker thought I came here for free drinks, it's good that I have no problems with money and I bought a new drink, but the mood was spoiled... Although I understand that it was my mistake, but in other countries, if you accidentally dropped the order, you get a new one, and here I was refused a new drink... next time I'll go to a restaurant with...

You can order using touch screen in english and pay by credit card. Staff speaks almost no english and you will have hard time if you want any customization to your order even in basic english since staff only communicate through korean. You can wait downstairs or upstairs for the order since your order number is displayed on monitor...

Order entry machines were slower than I had ever experienced. There are only 2 of them, and a line of people. My Big Mac sauce tasted funny, and fries were soggy. McDonalds should visit this place for Quality Control. I seriously thought about...
