Delicious Vietnamese cuisine at this restaurant! When you arrive, you order at the kiosk outside before entering, which everything smooth and efficient. You get served tea and pickled onions and radish right as you sit down and the pho comes out not long after (only a few minutes). We ordered the brisket and tenderloin pho and it was so yummy. The broth is so light and clean but has so much flavor. The noodles are thin and cooked perfectly and the portion size is perfect for one person. I love how they give you a small bowl on the side and encourage you to try the different sauce mixtures with the broth and noodles. There is Hoisin sauce, hot sauce and chili sauce above each station at the counter that you can use freely to create your own flavor combinations. You can also ask for cilantro to add to your mixture and they will provide it from behind the counter. I highly recommend trying the broth on its own before adding any sauces to get the real authentic flavor… you will not be disappointed. You also receive some pickled onions and pickled radish to experiment with or eat on its own. I liked the pho so much that my bowl was completely empty by the end, not one drop of broth left. ソウルのテハンロ(大学路)にある昼時はいつも行列の汁ビーフンとベトナム風アペタイザーのお店。 初回だったので色々なトッピングの味を試そうと"何もかんも入り"ビーフンのチケットを店外の自販機で購入。出て来た丼を見ると細めのもやしと牛肉、牛スジなどの沢山のトッピングが麺の上に山盛りです。
