I always enjoy some good American style BBQ and read good reviews about this place so we decided to give it a try.

We ordered the Sat Platter for ￦56,000 which comes with a choice of 3 meats and come with a side as well as coleslaw and 3 buns. We went for the brisket, pulled pork and spare ribs as pur choice of 3 meats and an order of potato salad as our side choice.

The tray was loaded with a heap of pulled pork and nice smoked brisket with some burnt ends and some good sized ribs. The side were a good size and there was a chili sauce and bbq sauce to go with it which I believe are home made.

The brisket had a nice crisp coating on the outside with a nice peppery crust and good smokey flavour coming from the meat. There was a good smoke ring around the brisket which shows that the smoking has done its job of penetrating the meat.

The pulled pork was plentiful and there was a good smoke flavour to this and went well with the buns and coleslaw to make a pulled pork sandwich with the sauces.

The spare ribs had a nice crust on them and were very tender with a good flavour but they were slightly dry which wasn't a big issue but I'm sure with extra moisture there would have been an extra tender texture to them.

The sides I enjoyed and liked how much there was. The coleslaw was my favourite with a nice crunch from the cabbage and it went well with the pulled pork in a sandwich. The potato salad was also very nice and complimented the...

Great place to visit to experience authentic Texas style BBQ. I know this because I'm on a meat( protein) diet. I was invited out to dinner by a friend from Texas, he told me that this was the place to go. It all tasted excellent. The baked beans were pretty sweet, but aside from that, we had several options for sauces. Everything is smoked with oak wood. In fact they stack it right in front of the business. I smoke salmon , not far from this business and I know the time and effort to create quality food. The owner and his staff work around the clock to keep everything in motion.
