#삼성동 #신의주부대찌개 "우삼겹과 파채가 킥인 부대전골집" 동네마다 부대찌개집이 몇 군데 있다. 이 집은 전형적인 동네 부대찌개 집인데, 삼성동 직장인들의 점심을 채워주는 곳이라 할 수 있다. 본인은 저녁에 방문을 했는데, 손님은 우리 뿐이고 식사 마칠 때까지 손님은 없었다. 부대찌개가 점심메뉴라 그럴 수 있지만 무더운 날씨도 한몫 했을 듯 하다. 어쩌면 소비심리가 위축된 현재 경제의 상태를 방증할 수도 있겠다는 생각이 든다. 아무튼 이집 부대찌개의 특징은 우삼겹과 파채. 대량의 부재료들이 부대찌개의 맛을 결정했다. 다른 곳 보다 눅진한 국물은 우삼겹의 기름 때문일 테고, 이를 잡아주는 것은 파채의 시원함이겠다. 아쉬운 점은 먹다보면 깔끔함이 부족하다는 점. 어쩌면 이런 맛의 특징 때문에 손님이 없을 수도 있겠다.
