Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Low-Quality Meat

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly disappointing.

Service was poor and unprofessional. While the staff may appear friendly at first glance, the reality is quite the opposite. When we entered the restaurant, no one greeted or acknowledged us. Pressing the service bell was useless — staff ignored it completely and showed no intention of helping. When we struggled with the grill and ended up burning the meat, the staff simply looked away and offered no assistance.

The meat quality was subpar. Although the prices may seem slightly lower, the meat quality was significantly worse compared to other BBQ places in the area.

Don’t be fooled by the overly positive reviews. Many of the glowing comments appear to be promotional or sponsored.

They don’t offer table grilling service, yet charged us an extra seating fee. This felt unreasonable and dishonest. If you're going to charge extra, the least you can do is provide some kind of support or service.

This place is super awesome. The meat is super High quality. And the corkage is free you can bring your own wine or any kind of drink as much as you want yet no need to pay extra for doing so. The meat is super high-quality and the side dishes are even better. I was so full yet I ordered the Ramen. And this was the killer dish. Made me want to order extra alcohol!!! The beef here and is to die for. The best value for money meat shop...

You pick your beef (price on the wrap) and take it to the counter to be scanned then everything else is pretty much DIY. The wines were affordable and good and the sides were pretty fun. Very nice casual setting with fancyish beef. Def how I’d spend a...
