This is by far the best BBQ that I've had in Seoul. We had such a great meat feast sampling some amazingly juicy, tender and smokey meats and delcious sides. We ordered the BBQ platter for 3 even though there was 2 of us and the waiter was surprised but we told him we'd come with an appetite and were ready to eat. The BBQ platter for 3 comes with pulled pork, brisket, home made bacon, spare ribs, coleslaw, pickles, 3 buns, and 2 sides so we ordered the dry rub fries and brisket baked beans. It sounds like a lot but as I said, we were ready to eat and I had a big smile on my face at the amazing meat feast that came out to us. Let's start with the pulled pork which was just so moist and melt in your mouth tasty and amazing. I usually find the pulled pork to be dry at some of the other BBQ joints in Seoul but this was just so soft like butter and had an amazing flavour that went well in a pulled pork sandwich with their amazing bbq sauce and the soft butter buns they have. The ribs were just pulled off the bone tender that you don't even need teeth to eat them. The dry rub created such a nice smokey tasting crust which will leave you salivating for the next bite. The ribs were my favourite but only by a small margin from the pulled pork. The brisket had a really nice smoke ring to it and the flavour penetrated through the meat and you can see from the pictures how juicy that brisket is and has a good meat to fat ratio which was so soft and tender. The bacon was like candy and was nice and thick and went well in a brisket or pulled pork sandwich and just munched on its own. There was a really nice smokey taste to it and the maple sugar taste was just amazing. The sides were really good, especially the brisket baked beans which was full of nice chunks of brisket and the beans were nice and big in a lovely sauce. The buns were also really nice and soft and buttery and not small like you tend to find at other BBQ joints, so you could make a nice meaty sandwich which would hold everything together. For me this is the best BBQ in Seoul which I'd recommend to everyone.

I had a chance to visit after eyeing this place for months. I finally got around to it on a glum Saturday morning (they are closed on Sundays and Mondays). To get there you have to rely on the many signs they have posted. It was around noon and the rest of the building is closed so it felt like we were trespassing. A few twists and turns in the basement, and we found it. My wife and I got the sampler platter along with a couple of beers and the corn. The Good * The brisket was flavorful. A nice, but not overpowering, smokiness to it. I could feel the love put into it. * The bacon (made in house) was delicious. I could eat that all day, honestly. * They have two versions of barbecue sauce, onion and garlic. I loved the zing the garlic sauce had. Though some people may feel it to be too raw and punchy. * The corn was novel to me. While I don't think the cheese particularly gave a strong taste to it, it felt like a treat to the end of the meal. Nice char on it, too. * The onion rings were light and crispy. They were good onion rings. The Whatever * Ah, the pulled pork. It didn't have much flavor. It was fine, but didn't leave an impression. * I like my slaw to be tangy to fight the fattiness of the meat. The slaw was nice but didn't contrast a lot with the other items. The Not As Good - I didn't care for the beans, as there was a lot of brisket in it. I'm a fan of brisket in beans and I understand the economic sense to it. But the meat took away from the beans. - The bun size. With the sampler platter two whole hamburger buns are given. I think sliders are much more compatible with barbecue. Too much bread fights the meat. Final Thoughts My wife and I were stuffed for the rest of the day and it was a delicious meal. When I'm in the area I look forward to visiting again!

Best American bbq restaurant in Seoul, the meats are smoked to perfection! Barbecue platter for 2 is the perfect amount for two people. Beef brisket and spare ribs just melt in the mouth. The homemade bacon is sweet and not salty like traditional bacon, it’s the only bacon my wife will eat. Pulled pork and coleslaw go together great with the soft burger buns. The baked bins have a generous amount of brisket inside and the crispy fries are very addictive. They also stock a decent selection of global beers (pale ales, ales, IPA’s, lager) to accompany the delicious food. I will be back again!
