Don‘t trust the 5 star ratings because if you write them a 5 star review, you save money. I hated everything about this place. Hanboks are dirty and old, staff is not really helpful, some are unfriendly. I'm tall (1.78m) and skinny and they didn't have any Hanboks for my height. They just gave me one of the longest which was still too short. the sleeves were also too short and no one cared. Hairdressing was a disaster. My friend got her hair done and she looked pretty, because the hair dresser took her time but the place was crowded and the line of waiting people was getting longer. There was only one person braiding hair. When the hair dresser finished braiding my friend's hair, she noticed that several people were waiting in line, so she just wanted to get her job done as quickly as possible. I had picked the most expensive style but the hair dresser braided my hair within a minute.. no styling products to fix the hair and no brush. The top of my head looked like I just woke up, It was horrible. I told her, I don't like it because it doesn't look good. Then I picked one of the simpelst hair styles without additional fees, because I thought, the styles are too easy to ruin them but again the styling was done within a minute and no brush.. The most important part for her was adding the expensive hair accessories so I would pay more. After braiding, I didn't even get a look at the back of my head, she didn't show me the hair, she really didn't care and wanted me to leave the chair as quickly as possible so she could braid the next person’s hair. I wouldn't recommend this rental shop. The picture of the mirror-selfie is my hair, before it got braided. It looked so much better and I regret letting them touch my hair.
