우선 비싸고 양이적음.
하지만 퀼리티로는 절대 까일수 없을 정도로 수육은 진심 최고임.
아주 적절한 육항과 육질의 부들거림은 한점에 소주 두잔을 먹어야 할 정도로 아까우며 입에 들어가면 그냥 녹아 없어지고 고기향만 혀안에 남겨두고 위장속으로 아련히 사라짐.
짜지않은 부추 김치와 깻잎은 살짝 기름진 입안을 아주 향긋하게 정리해주며 마무리로 국수 한입 먹으면 깔끔하고 부대끼지 않은 술안주가 되는듯.
