COWALK — Restaurant in Seoul

By far the best filter coffee Ive ever had in my life! I used to work as a barista and I would sample coffee daily. Ive traveled around the world always looking for a good coffee shop and ill be damned if I havent found the best one by leaps and bounds.

The technique is quite interesting. They use a very coarse french ground for their filter and more slightly more grounds to decrease extraction ratio. Honestly i dont understand how he does it but the notes are super bold and you dont have to go hunting for them. They roast their coffee on site and dont degass it which is surprising for me but it definitely works for them. All in all a super clean and moderate light roast with amazing notes. The owner is very knowledgeable and very kind. I know ive definitely built up high expectations but im confident they can deliver. Definitely coming...

My favourite coffee shop in Seoul! I love this place so much, not only because there coffee is sublime, but the owner is so friendly and the place just has such a warm atmosphere.

Coffee is such a big thing in Seoul, but the difference between a good coffee and an incredible coffee is actually fairly big. It takes a lot of skill to make a perfect cappuccino or iced latte for example. This place absolutely nails it though, I think honestly one of the best coffees I've ever had!

Loved this coffee shop! It was right around the corner from our Airbnb and was the perfect spot to come to in the morning, get a cup of coffee and relax for a bit. The shop is simple, minimalistic, and clean.

The staff was always so nice and welcoming. The coffee was delicious and so well made. I ordered a drip coffee and their matcha cookie. One of the tastiest cookies I had in all Seoul.

Bought one of their mugs as a memory to take home. This coffee shop is genuinely a place a hope to visit...
