Jeong House — Hotel in Seoul

We stayed at Jeong House for 8 days and Min is the best host we've ever had! He's been very accommodating even before we arrive and he's been giving us tips and advice to make our trip better! He patiently answer our questions and guides us every step of the way. The house is a two-storey building and we stayed in the second floor (9 people). Location is also superb since it's only 3 to 5 minute walk to Hongik University Station. Most tour buses also has a pick up of Exit 4 of Hongik Univ. Station. Grocery stores and also located around the area and Hongdae night life is AMAZING! There's plenty of street foods and street performers. At Jeong House, there's a FREE Continental breakfast in the living room and you can use the fridge, electric stove, TV and microwave as well. Min even provided us with pocket wifi with a very stable connection whenever we go outside. During the New Year's morning, he cooked a Korean traditional soup for us! And it's very good! Before we leave, he even gave us a strawberry cake for the whole family! It's really a great experience staying at Jeong House! It's Korean local hospitality at its finest! I stayed at Jeong House for two nights. It is probably the cleanest, most organised guest house I've ever stayed at. I stayed in an enclosed bedroom with three single beds with family and it was super comfortable, (especially those great beds). I was very impressed as to how many useful "guides" and "prompts" there were around the guest house (written in English). These helped immensely for easy living. Most amenities were provided for: cereal, milk, smoked eggs, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, a filter coffee machine, a really high tech water dispenser, non-personal toiletries etc. They also have a great lounge area and cute entrance/courtyard area. Above all they were just really nice, helpful owners who even helped with storing our bags after checkout and finding my lost credit card which I left in a taxi.
