Services : Not feel welcome, Not feel not even standard manners as expected like other places.
Food : Almost good, after finished first step meal, then they did take off the pan for cooking some rice. However, they serve us other people pan, i knew my own pan very well and where i sat was clearly saw they cooked, and they have only one person cooking and absolutely first come first serve. we can clearly see pans line up. however they missed table number.
We asked them that are you sure that is our, they went back and argued, Its look like someone mistakenly serve our pan to other table next to us. While later they went back to our table and they said Yes it is your.
I am not joy or big heart enough to eat someone leftover food though. We decided to leave with disappointment.
Summary : Not coming back again and absolutely not recommend. or if anyone visit the place the I recommend to keep an eye when they bring your pan off...

Hongs Zzuggumi Korean BBQ was one of the best food experiences we had in Seoul! Located right in the lively Hongdae Shopping Street, this place offers a cozy, local vibe with top-quality meat and great service.
We tried their signature pork dishes and they were juicy, flavorful, and grilled to perfection at our table. The staff was friendly and helped us with grilling — perfect for first-timers. The side dishes (banchan) were fresh and unlimited, and the dipping sauces complemented the meat really well.
It’s a great spot to enjoy a relaxed meal after shopping or exploring Hongdae. Prices were reasonable, portions were generous, and the atmosphere was lively without feeling too touristy.
Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic Korean BBQ experience with...

We arrived about 30 minutes before dinner time, so no waiting, but while we were eating, people started lining up—definitely a popular spot. I ordered the octopus mixed with beef, and it was so good! The sauce was rich and flavorful.
Like most Korean restaurants, they provided complimentary water and side dishes like radish and salad. Always a nice touch.
The highlight, though, was the fried rice at the end. You can ask them to make it after your main dish, and it was amazing—crispy, savory, with a perfect seaweed touch. So satisfying!
I saw they offer a free cola if you leave a Google review, but I was too full—Sajangnim, please save me one...
