DADA Lab — Restaurant in Seoul

Dada Lab is a vegan-friendly cafe and bar, which experiments with the idea of dadaism. Hence, their interior and way of ordering are quite unconventional and kinda artsy:

There is no fixed beverage menu and each drink is custom-made. You write about what you would like to drink in a sentence, a few words or a short poem and then they create a drink inspired by that! On the order sheet, there's a section to note whether you want coffee, tea, a cocktail, an iced or hot drink, a vegan drink etc. To give you an example, I wrote "I wish for my iced coffee to smell like refreshing fruits ^^ 🍒🍏🍍" and I got a drink with sweet, sour and fruity notes. They serve the individual drink with a copy of your hand-written order and add a description of the drink they made for you.

Their snack menu includes vegan food items from Vivi's Veggie: There's a variety of her cheesecakes and pretzel bagels with different kinds of salt and vegan cream cheese. (not sure whether the smore cookies are vegan at the moment)

Prices are a bit higher, and it takes a little while until your order is processed.

For me, it was a fun experience and I would come back for the drinks and the atmosphere.

오늘은 시그니쳐 메뉴 #31인 “우리 둘에 관한 박물관”, (저에게는) 달짝지근한 홍차(로 기억된 것)를 마셨습니다

올 때마다 더 멋있어지는데, 지금은 공간과 융화된 전시가 열리고 있어요 비스킷 사이에 마시멜로와 초콜릿을 끼워 녹인 스모어는 제 최애 디저트이고, 얼마 전 입점한 비건 베이커리 케이크도 맛있습니다

2층에 놓여 있는 책들도 최고예요 !!!

처음 가신다면 문장커피로 다다랩의 정수를 느껴보시는...

책과 음악과 술이 있는 다다랩 책을 읽기 좋은 분위기와 노래가 있습니다 망원역 근처에 있어 주차가 어려워 차로가기는 어렵습니다. 지하 1층이라 휠체어 공간은 없어요.

그날의 기분, 느낌, 생각을 글로 주문하면 사장님이 그걸 보고 칵테일이나 음료를 만들어주십니다. 뭘 먹을지 모르겠고 어려운 음료에 머리가 아플 필요가 없어요. 모든 오픈 시간에 가능하진 않고 사장님이 출근하신 시간에 가능합니다
