Evolution, Four points by Sheraton Seoul Gangnam — Restaurant in Seoul

The property is located in central Gangnam area and the restaurant is on the 3rd floor. Valet parking is available just at 3000 KRW for the first 2 hours (and 2000 KRW for addtional 1 hour)

It is not very big, but it is a buffet with a variety of foods incl. seafood, beef barbecue, Chinese and Italian. The signature menu of Vietnamese Noodle Soup is also recommended and the broth is refreshing. Marriott members or room gests get 10% discount for F&B. Club Marriott gets 20% discount for weekday lunch. Staffs are very kind and attentive.

Dinner: Even though the dishes do not look many, all necesaary dishes for dinner buffet are there and tasty. Especially noddle station and barbecue station are popular. Grilled beef and pork are crispy outside and juicy inside. Unlimited sparking wine and beer is also beloved by guests. Prices are very moderate (and even if the guest is not Marriott member, there is speical discount voucher from the front) Tables are spacious and staffs are very kind.

Breakfast: Egg station and Vetnamese rice noodle station are popular. Beef Seaweed Soup and Abaloe Porridge are impressive, especially seems to be good for a hangover when you drink too much the day before. For me, Cabbage & Beef Short Rib Soup with white rice...

가짓수는 적지만 설탕맛만 나게 조리하는 일반적인 부페보다는 각각음식이 훨씬 맛이 괜찮아요. 재료맛을 살리려고 노력한 맛이라고 해야할까요 다만 가짓수는 조금더 늘려도 좋겠다는 생각이 들어요. 피자류가 좀더 있다등가 냉면대신 차라리 마라탕을 만들어주신다덩가요.

갈비찜이랑 디저트류가 특히 맛있어요. 티라미스도 그렇고 피칸파이도 그렇구요. 빵도 사워브레드 내놓는 부페가 잘없는데 구비되어있어서 참 좋았습니다. 얼마전에 갔던 르메르디앙의 디저트코너보다는 가짓수는 훨씬 적어도 훨씬 맛있었어요. 커피도 좋은 원두를 썼는지 손색이 없었어요. 두번 마시는 경우는 잘 없는데 카푸치노를 두번이나 마시게 되더라구요. 앞으로 더 발전하길 바래요.~ 참 그리고 서비스하시는...

我這些圖片是位於明洞福朋喜來登的酒店3樓的evolution餐廳，不知道為什麼google找不到明洞喜來登店，所以放在這邊，用餐環境非常的好，可能因為是週一中午的關係，人大概只坐滿一半，而且價錢也便宜，一個人只要50000韓幣，我最喜歡的一道菜是糖醋辣的蝦子，我一個人大概吃了15隻🤣🤣，但是這間餐廳最驚豔的應該還是甜點，如果只看甜點應該會以為他是一家甜品專賣店，這間根本就是被自助餐耽誤的甜點專賣店吧😂😂，至於牛排什麼的基本款更是應有盡有，連日本的握壽司都有4.5種可以選擇，總而言之這間的菜色...
