송리단길에 위치한 블루리본 인증 로스터리 카페 입니다. 저는 산테 도밍고 워시드 과테말라 원두의 브루잉 커피 한잔(6,500₩) 요거트 치즈 케이크 (7,000₩) 를 먹었어요. 커피 향이 좋았고 케이크도 무난하게 맛있었어요. 차분한 분위기의 카페이고 좌석수는 많지는 않았어요. 커피를 내리는 공간과 좌석이 가깝다보니 좀 시끄러운 점이 단점이에요.

아메리카노를 마시면서 이월로스터스의 만월 블렌드 맛을 보았다. 산미는 적...거의 없으며 고소하고 쌉쌀한 커피 맛이 지배적이다. 산미를 좋아하는 터라 취향은 아니었으나 충분히 맛있게 느껴지는 커피였다. 브라우니(아이스크림추가)는 무난했다. 촉촉하고 부드러웠다. 꾸덕하거나 너무 빵같지 않았고 꽤나 달달허니 기분이 좋아지는 맛.

브루잉커피 정말 맛있습니다. 4월 크림라떼도 맛있습니다만 꼭 브루잉커피 드셔보시길. 티라미슈 맛있습니다. 매장 분위기 좋고, 아침10시부터 오픈이어서 주말 아침에 방문하기 좋네요. 그런데 계속 울려대는 배민 배달 주문소리좀 어떻게 해주세요. 맛있는 커피 즐기는데 매우매우 방해가 됩니다.
