Very bad experience shopping here, the sales at the history of whoo is very very rude, the store have no customers only me and my family, but her attitude is really unacceptable towards us, its not like we make a mess at the store, we ask politely about the products, but she serve with very unhappy face, until the end even after we purchase 2 products, she didn't even say thank you, she just gave the receipt and organise the chair we're sitting on in front of our face (with unhappy face). It's a very convenient location, we came out from Jamsil subway station (216) and followed way to Exit3, very soon you will see a lovely brightly lited hawker stall called MariKing, once walk pass it you will come to an open space and you will see a Roman style fountain. Entrance to Lotte Department Store is on it's right hand side. Once you enter from there, you will see Food Avenue right in front of you.
