Jinseong Yennal Someori Gukbap — Restaurant in Seoul

Generally the Korean Beef soup with rice, seollongtang, can be served in two kinds, the thick ones or the clear ones. This seolleongtang restaurant located at a small hill aside the road in this cultural area cooks in the thick way. First the color of soup was creamy white which made it look so yummy! And then, we tasted it; we immediately got its strong sense of stewed beef. And the green onion accompanying in the soup was perfectly matching. Their kimchi was special too, matured with strong onion sauce. So enjoyable! In case guests want more salty, they also provide sauces and salts to make it more savoury. The whole restaurant was set in a traditional Korean house and all the decorations were pretty old school. And just like every famous old restaurant that provides only one to two items but lasts for decades, this restaurant is also providing beef and the seolleongtang only for decades. Which means, they are really confident at cooking seolleongtang and people around here are fans no doubts. We really loved this palatable Korean cuisines! It worths you...
