Mad for Garlic Yongsan I'Park Mall — Restaurant in Seoul

Ordered medium rare steak. It came out dry and well done. I asked waitress, later the floor boss and his excuse was we left it on the iron plate however we just got it. It took another 30 minutes on top of the first 30 for a medium rare steak. It was thin steak, Outback stead charges less for a bigger cut steak and less time. Just because the steak is $50 doesn't mean it's good. Stay away, staff not too bright either. We also got white sangria sparkler. It was all ice. You can taste the sprite that was mixed in. Overall paid $89 for the meal including beef with beansprouts dish. If comparing to Chris Ruth's steakhouse and Mortons steakhouse they don't come close. The staff only makes excuses. No apologies. The carbonara was really good, great smoky taste to the bacon, probably the best I've eaten in Korea. However the "Garlic bomb chicken pizza" was awful, it was served to us cold and soggy. We asked the waiter and they told us it is supposed to be hot, so they reheated it but it was still devoid of flavour. Luckily we had a coupon that gave a discount for the pizza, the original price was 25,000 won which is laughable considering the quality of it. If you do go here, I'd recommend avoiding that pizza...

We ended up waiting over an hour. Which would have been fine if the food was worth it. I had to ask 3 different people for water. When we got the food, every single dish was awful. The vegetables tasted like ash, im not sure how the carbonara is made but it came with a poorly poached egg on top of the worst sauce that was more like a gravy.
