N Burger — Restaurant in Seoul

There was a torrential downpour and we had to take cover in the restaurant. There is no cover elsewhere in the vicinity and we had a pram with our young toddler. Our options were limited and we were just waiting for a gap in the rain to get away from the tower.

Our toddler got hungry and so I started feeding him some food from our bag. The server told me to put his food away and I refused because I needed to feed him.

There was nowhere else I could feed him or take cover. Eventually after explaining the situation multiple times, I gave up and left. Not friendly family oriented at all.

Disappointed at the server for being so persistent and so rude. I was trying my best as a stressed...

I did not have a bad experience. Maybe because it was after 7 pm and a weekday, so it wasn't crowded or busy. Mom sat while me and my brother and I ordered. The burger I got was ok, and the pork cutlet sandwich my brother got was comicly huge meat wise and standard size everything else. They really need bigger buns for that one. They get a 5 star on food from me just for the chocolate shake. The chocolate shake has a nice intense flavor. It really does stand out. On this 2 week trip, I had been disappointed 2 out of 4 times with shakes, so this was a nice surprise.

Tldr: Burger, ok, chocolate shake really good. Service better...

Visited and eat there today 25th November 2023. We are 5 and ordered 2 burgers, 2 hotdogs and chicken sandwich with fries, sodas and coffee. Staffs not accommodating to customers needs. It's freezing cold outside and my stomach hurts so need some hot water to calm it down.Requested for a cup of hot water but they ask if I have a mug for that. Waited for my husband to finished his coffee. When I gave our mug from the coffee we ordered, she even asked where did I get the mug. Oh my for the half cup of hot water she gave me. NOT GOOD 👎 Not recommendable and will not visit there...
