Starbucks Seoul Tower — Restaurant in Seoul

It's 5 stars for a Starbucks, it's definitely the nicest Starbucks I've ever been to in any country, I just don't like Starbucks in general. It's a pretentious american chain where you pay for the name, not the quality. Even though it's right across the street, I've gone here 2, 3 times in 3+years? Two of those times were because someone took me there and was paying and I didn't want to be obnoxious and say, “Why don't we get some enjoyable coffee instead?” Starbucks is just way too expensive and overrated. Their coffees are all too bitter and unenjoyable compared the the nicer, smaller, local Korean cafes I go to almost daily that are a third of the price and twice the sweet flavor. I just don't enjoy the chain when the smaller shops have better tasting drinks for much less...

It’s either they are xenophobic or it’s the weather (-12° today). The service was terrible for Starbucks level. We don’t speak Korean, so it’s no use to jabbing in Korean, we won’t understand. The barista also seems to refuse to converse in English, come on, it’s N Seoul tower! It’s a tourists attractions, reasonable to have tourists who don’t speak Korean language.

I was visiting the store and buying some drinks. It was really a bad service. The staff there named "Sugar" and "Hani" do not speak english very well and were extremely rude. They were just throwing everything in front of customers....
