Along with Hanseong Kalguksu with #BlueRibbonSurvey and Sandong Kalguksu with #MichelinGuide, this one is the one of my favorites. It does not listed on any of BlueRibbon or Michelin, but focuses on its own taste. The menu is also simply focused on 4 dishes – Kalguksu, Sugebi, its combo called Kalgebi – all at 9K KRW and Kongguksu (cold bean noodles) at 12K.. Kalguksu comes with beef garnish and Sugebi with potato. Handmade Noodle has good chewy texture and the broth is deep and refreshing. The in-house Kimchi is also tasty and matches very well with the dishes, wonderful harmony! Prices are reasonable staffs are kind. There is no parking lots which seems to the only weakness. This restaurant is highly recommendable for friends, colleagues and family.

Hyung Ju KimHyung Ju Kim

칼국수, 칼제비, 수제비 세 가지 베리에이션이 있는 노포입니다. 깔끔한 국물엔 된장이 조금 들어가지 않았을까 싶고 손으로 반죽해서 썰어낸 국수는 부들부들하니 먹기 편합니다. 겉절이가 매력있단 소개를 듣고 갔는데 꽤 매콤하니 칼국수에 잘 어울리는 김치였습니다. 고추 다대기 또한 흔한 다대기와 달리 깔끔하고 적당히 매워서 먹다가 다대기를 추가해 다른 맛을 느껴보는 것도 좋겠습니다. 기본적으로 공기밥이 나와서 말아먹을 수 있는 것도 만족스러웠습니다. 남녀 국수의 양을 다르게 내어주시는데 적게 달라, 많이 달라 주문하면 될 것 같습니다. 꽤 바쁜 저녁시간에 갔는데 접객도 좋았습니다.

첫 방문한 동네의 칼국수집 소개해준 분도 가성비 좋은 칼국수집으로 소개해줬다. 근처의 직장인들이 많이 방문한다. 칼국수는 된장 베이스의 국물맛이다. 해물, 닭, 사골 베이스의 칼국수가 익숙한데 약간 색다른 맛이다. 양도 가격에 비해 많은 편이다. 적당양 제공해주는 밥도 좋다. 비싸진 물가에 이정도 가격의 점심이 싸게 느껴진다. 물론 찾으면 비슷한 가격에 더 괜찮은 집도 꽤 있다. 동네마다 있는 칼국수집, 대부분 잘된다. 이 집도 점심시간엔 문전성시다.

남편이 좋아하는 집이어서 스크린골프를 즐기고 점심 먹으러 갑니다. 붐비는 것은 알겠으나 그저 많이 팔아보겠다는 마음이 엿보여 아주 불쾌했어요. 2시가 다 되어 갔더니 자리가 많이 비었는데도 2명이라 문앞에 앉으라고 하더군요. 문 압에 2명용 테이블만 비어있었거든요.나머지는 더 많은 사람이 앉을 수 있다는거죠.날씨도 추운데 먹어야하나 고민하다 배가 고파 앉기 전에 주문한지라 항의하고 안쪽에 앉아 먹고 나왔어요.이제 그만 가야겠어요. 그만한 킬국수집은 다른 곳에도 있어요. 칼제비.와 수제비를 주문했는데 다르게 주문했다고 뒤에 들어온 팀들이 먼저 나왔어요. 양도 예전보다 작고 .. 참...
