Korean Shaman speak easy vibe with beautiful contemporary flares of Korean traditions in both the food and decor. Drinks and food are both delicious, and the service I received was wonderful.

Located in between Gangnam and Shinnonhyeon stations, walking down the stairs into the restaurant transports you into another world.

I made reservations through the CatchTable app and sat at the bar with a wonderful view of the decor. I ordered the potato pancake, the beef tartar, and 2 drinks, and my total came to ₩84,000. This proved to be too much food for one person, and they do not offer packaging so you cannot take your leftovers :( Despite this, I wouldn't have changed what I ordered as both plates were very good.

The drinks were very creatively inspired by the animals of the asian zodiac. I ordered the Snake and the Hen. Very different and unique in their own right. The Snake drink had notes of marigold, lime, and acacia honey. The thought behind the drink was, as snakes do not like marigold, it represents a forbidden love in combination with a bit of sweet and a bit of sour. The Hen was made to visually represent the feet, tall legs, and cock's comb. The smooth and velvety texture from the eggwhite provides a lovely encasement for the hibiscus, elderflower, and lemon.

Notes on the food: The potato pancake uses honey potato chips that are nicely sweet but not overly so. They pair really well with peppery arugula and the richness of the parmasan and raw egg yoke.

The tartar is marinated in a Korean marinade with flavours of soy sauce and sesame oil with a balanced sweetness that complements the raw beef nicely. Served with fried crisps (made of bean curd I believe, but could be wrong) that were crispy and airy, and mixed with korean pear helps lighten and cut the heaviness and big flavours of the tartar and marinade.

Randomly stumbled to this cool place which only 2-mins walk from Gangnam Station. They served korean fusion food + cocktails in modern and unpretentious well-prepared concept. I quite like the concept, f&b presentation all everything including their hospitality too. I could tell the bartender indeed is well-knowledge for the drinks and going extra miles for the service. With all the things that they provide the prices is definitely reasonable. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have memorable dining experience in Seoul! I will comeback in...

We highly recommend Zoosindang! The service was amazing. We made a reservation on Catchtable and got in right away. They recommended us different drinks based on what we liked. We love sweet cocktails so they recommended “The Lamb”, The Dragon,” and their special drink Gangnam location edition. We got the lamb and the special drink. Both drinks were soooo good!
