Speaks phenomenal English and he’s here all day (we can’t for lunch and dinner twice) the sides are really good and they offer it (other restaurants are accustom to being asked) their meat is high quality and they use the charcoal, making it fairly priced they also sell their herb chive spice mix and my friend bought four bottles the soybean and beef stew has such a hearty honey taste - what we were hoping for each time we went out to eat but this was the only place that deliver flavour -will recommend as a must go to place to all friends...

The owner is passionate about serving quality food to his customers and also providing such genuine, thoughtful and friendly hospitality. His suggestions and recommendations really helped us have a great experience and have plentiful food for our family. The bbq meats were so tender and flavourful. We loved the steak tartare and cold noodles, they were a standout along with the bbq. The complimentary spicy stew was a refreshing end to the meal. Delicious sides and a fun dinner out. The atmosphere was fun, a smart casual bar atmosphere that was neat, pleasant and charming. The price was great for the exceptional quality and lovely hospitality. Read moreWe were craving beef galbi because we had our fill of samgyupsal pork on our trip. Woobaejang was literally steps from our Airbnb and we decided to try it since it received great reviews. We were not disappointed! We tried the Flower Platter and the Woobaekjang Platter to start. We then ordered an extra short rib and plate short rib.
Our kids (13 and 11 yrs old) loved it and we loved it! The soybean paste stew was probably one of the best we’ve had in Korea or LA. Service was great as well. All the banchan (side dishes) and the cuts of meat were explained by our great server. English and Korean menus available.
