As someone from Seattle and a coffee nerd I can really vouch for this place. During my time in Seoul I visited this place 4 times trying various coffees from their bean selection. The baristas are very knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly make a damn good coffee. They let you pick a bean blend (one of 3 choices) for espresso drinks, and have a nice drip coffee selection for single origin coffee. When I visited the cafe I ran into the owner a few times who was incredibly humble and super knowledgeable in coffee. Coffee Lab was by far my favorite Cafe during my travels in South Korea (I visited over 20 cafeโs across 16 days), and this was the only cafe I went out of my way to return to. Americano: smooth and nicely prepared
Double Toast: it came out smelling like pure warmth and home. It tasted like a mix between the gooey center of a cinnamon role and cinnamon sugar toast that you got as an afternoon snack as a child.
