CONUCO COFFEE ROASTERS — Restaurant in A Coruña

I recently visited Conuco Coffee Roasters in A Coruña, and I must say, it’s one of the best coffee experiences I’ve had. Conuco is a cozy spot that truly stands out for its quality coffee and welcoming atmosphere.

What impressed me the most was that they roast their beans on-site, ensuring freshness and rich flavor in every cup. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to recommend the perfect drink based on your taste. Alongside the excellent coffee, they serve homemade pastries and sandwiches, all made with fresh, local ingredients, which perfectly complement the coffee.

The place has good location and tasty coffee but this is only two good things which I can say about the place, the rest of things didn’t impressed and we had to wait coffee and food a lot of time. I suggest to work a little bit quickly or take more waiters and improve some dishes like “pan brioche”, it would better to serve with more ingredients, but for now it’s only piece of bread with olive oil, as for me, I didn’t enjoyed. AWFUL coffee. Ordered an iced oat latte and cookies. I took 2 sips and couldn't drink the coffee because it was that bad! The coffee tasted extremely SOUR - I thought maybe the oat milk had gone off but my friend's coffee (normal milk) tasted the same. The cookie was delicious and it was a nice coffee shop to sit in!!!
