Anniversary dinner We have stayed at both hotels many times but never visited the Delhi village situated between the 2 hotels, so we promised that we would this time. In a few words we should have visited every time we stay here. Our hosts were very welcoming and attentive throughout the evening their restaurant is lovely fresh looking and spotless there's plenty of seating and you're not crowded. We ordered drinks huge cocktail and a kingfisher and some poppadoms and dips, which were all perfect and freshly made. We don't normally have a starter and I'm glad we didn't as we would have not been able to eat all our main meal we had chicken tikka in a mango sauce wow they should bottle the sauce and sell it the flavour was intense and and so colourful the chilli garlic chicken didn't disappoint either the madras was excellent and again the sauce was perfect so thick, rich and glossy we had coconut rice and peas with mushrooms as side dishes again perfect and not too spicy as promised then the naan peshwari I prefer naans to be slightly crispy and normally I would ask for this, I forgot they didn't it was the best naan ever crispy yet soft inside and remained crispy until the last piece I'm so glad we've at last eaten here and we were treated to a slice of rich chocolate gateaux with ice cream to celebrate our 34th anniversary thank you for a fantastic evening Date of visit:...

Not to worry, we know a great Indian restaurant in Costa Adeje, Delhi Darbar, which serves 5* food at a great price and with attentive, helpful staff. Delhi Village did us a favour really. We won’t...
