Came here for a nice meal as it had decent reviews. Unfortunately was very disappointed with the whole experience.

Service: they were short staffed but only on the drinks as we couldn’t order cocktails which isn’t the biggest issue. Was pretty much ignored when trying to order more drinks and once again took ages to just get a bottle of water and a beer. When trying to order they kept telling us what we were ordering was “too much” I think that was extremely rude. We processed to order anyway and surprisingly we ate all of it….

Food: I ordered onion bhaji, garlic cheese naan with extra cheese and chicken tikka masala with rice. Onion bhajis were flat and tasted like cardboard (probably the day before food) Garlic cheese naan with extra cheese no tastes at all and definitely not extra cheese Chicken tikka masala tasted like it was a microwave meal curry and the chicken was awful tasting.

Our visit to Bombay Babu in Playa Paraíso was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the warm welcome to the cozy and stylish interior, everything about this place made us feel right at home.

We ordered the butter masala, a wonderfully creamy and flavorful dish, along with a deliciously spiced curry, aromatic rice, and juicy prawns that were absolutely perfect. The highlight on the side was the freshly baked garlic and cheese naan bread-soft, warm, and packed with flavor. It paired beautifully with everything and disappeared in minutes!

The service was fantastic-attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The staff made us feel truly cared for and helped us choose exactly what we were craving.

We had a lovely meal at Bombay Babu Paraiso — the food was full of flavour, well presented, and the service was friendly and attentive. It was a quieter evening when we visited, so at times it felt like the staff were watching us a little closely, perhaps just because there wasn’t much else happening? For ‘particular children they do have some more ‘child friendly’ options too which was good. Decor was very pretty also. And this place stands out on the strip.

One small note: we’d requested a little birthday gesture, which was lovely, though I was a bit surprised it wasn’t complimentary. I completely understand, but in other restaurants I’ve managed, those small touches were always offered on the house as part of the celebration.
