Güenismo — Restaurant in Albarracín

Güenismo was a fantastic find in Albarracín.

The food was really good— everything we tried was delicious, especially the ratatouille and the tenderloin!

The atmosphere is super chill and laid-back, it’s a nice place to just kick back with friends.

The chill vibes really made it feel like we walked into a friends house to grab a few beers and eat all their food. Haha

They’ve got a solid selection of local beers and wine so you’re set whether you’re just in for a drink or a full meal.

Overall, Güenismo is a great spot to relax and enjoy good food and drinks in a chill setting. Definitely going back and I really appreciate the chill vibes &...

I would recommend to stay away from this "restaurant" as it was by far the worst one we've visited in Albarracin. We had to sit at a table that wasn't cleaned up (dishes + dirt)… It took the waitress at least 15 minutes to come to the table to bring the menu and "clean" the table. After that we waited again and again (service is incredibly slow). The food in general was good and presented well, but the chicken was raw! They didn't really apologize for it and didn't even take it off the bill or offer...

La comida estaba buena pero el sitio no me gustó mucho y la atención tampoco fue la mejor. Nuestra mesa estaba dentro y no me gustó que fuese tienda a la vez que restaurante y que entre gente a comprar o a mirar productos mientras tu estás sentado comiendo. Tienen una terraza genial y seguramente si hubiésemos podido reservar la mesa allí la experiencia hubiese sido muy distinta de la que tuvimos al comer dentro. En cuanto a la comida yo soy vegana pero el resto de las personas con las que fui no. La tabla de embutido no gustó mucho porque lo sacaban para que tu lo cortases y aunque es diferente y mas original no es práctico y hubiese sido mejor que lo sacasen ya cortado y emplatado. La comida estaba bastante bien, no destacaría nada para bien pero tampoco para mal. Agradecí tener alguna opción veganas. De entrante para compartir pedí bravas con la salsa a parte y un guiso de garbanzos y shitake que estaba muy bueno, y de principal una hamburguesa que estaba hecha parecía de quinoa. La textura era mejorable pero de sabor estaba bien y como la salsa que acompañaba era vegetariana me la cambiaron a por un hummus, aunque por dentro de la hamburguesa me di cuenta tarde de que ya había un poco de salsa y eso fue un despiste. Lo que mas me gustó fue el postre. Agradecí mucho que hubiese una opción vegana que era la panna cotta de coco y estaba muy buena.

En resumen; tal vez volvería aunque no como primera opción y desde luego sería solo con mesa...
