Auténtico´s Restaurante — Restaurant in Alcúdia

When my boyfriend suggested this place and we began to walk there I was sure it will be our worst dinner in Mallorca.. it's not so nice area where this hidden pearl are, unfortunately. Few minutes later we sat us down, restaurant has pleasant temperature and air conditioning. I was completely surprised how good food was there! Waitresses were helpful, friendly, gave some advice about food. We waited around 10minutes for food, not more. Calamari and beef burger was very good, actually last time such a good calamari I ate it was years ago in Greece. We also ordered autentico's potatoes with bacon and cheddar, yummy! Trust me, come here to eat. Amazing food! Great prices. Huge portions. I'm so amazed about this place! Would love to come back anytime soon.

Update: we ended up with 4 dinners and 2 beers/cocktail stops in here. Try their sangria (classic red) and empanadas with meet. Pizzas were sooo...

Tourist trap. I had a tex mex burger for 14,80€ and got it with 20 soggy fries. The waitress asked if everything was ok and i said no the fries are soggy. She said ok wait a moment and never came back. There were 2 tables busy in the whole Restaurant and 2 waiters. After waiting 10 minutes, I walked into the Restaurant and asked the barkeeper if it would be possible to get new fries for a 15€ Burger? He said wait a moment and had to get our waitress back. She did not go to our table though and avoided us. After another 10 minutes and paying the bill the waitress came with new fries. It felt like a bad joke and she did not apologize once or offer anything. Worst Restaurant service we have ever...

My family and I came here for some lunch half way through our holiday. All I can say is, I wish we came here earlier! The staff were so so friendly and accommodating. They made sure we always had drinks and anything we needed wasn’t ever too much of a trouble. The smoothies were amazing, sangria was perfect and was served beautifully, the food was lovely and the desserts were delicious and presented beautifully. They kindly gave us some limoncello to end our meal with. Will definitely be coming back here and not to forget to mention our lovely servers...
