While exploring the beautiful town of Alcúdia, Spain, I discovered Buddha's Eye Indian Restaurante, and it was a culinary experience I won't soon forget. This hidden gem serves up an array of authentic, flavorful Indian dishes that transport your taste buds straight to the heart of India.
Upon entering Buddha's Eye, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, who were eager to share their knowledge of the menu and recommend dishes based on my preferences. The restaurant's cozy, inviting atmosphere, combined with the aromas of aromatic spices, instantly made me feel at home.
The menu offered a diverse selection of traditional Indian dishes, catering to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. I decided to try the butter chicken and garlic naan, and they were both absolutely divine. The chicken was tender and cooked to perfection, while the naan was fluffy and bursting with flavor.
Buddha's Eye Indian Restaurante is a must-visit for anyone craving a taste of India in the heart of Alcúdia. From the friendly service and relaxed atmosphere to the mouthwatering dishes and generous portions, every aspect of my dining experience was delightful. Read moreWe were in Alcudia for a week, visited a different restaurant every day except this one where we decided to return on our last evening. The food was excellent, we have two picky kids and both happily munched down everything that was put on the table, and we adults also enjoyed the food a lot. The portions were more than sufficient, i felt that most restaurants in Alcudia were a bit skimpy on the amount of food served, but here we got our moneys worth for sure. The service was also absolutely great, we were seated allmost instantly, the personell all spoke English fluently and seemed genuinely happy to have us there, we felt very welcome. The place itself were amongst the better we visited, we are from Norway and had a hard time dealing with the summer heat in Alcudia, but this place had lots of big fans so we could eat dinner in comfort even though it was 36 degrees outside, it is also a lot less crowded than the restaurants closer to the beach. Finding this place made a great vacation even better, if we come to Alcudia again i think we will eat here...
Read moreI would honestly give the place a 6th star if I could. We went to This place exhausted and super hungry after landing and reaching our hotel and we arrived at 10:43. The restaurant was almost ready to close as they close as 11:00 and there were only other customers sitting there when we arrived and they were also ready to leave. We honestly thought they would turn us down and say the kitchen is closed, but they very kindly asked us to take a seat. The service was great, they served us the food we ordered, and it felt freshly prepared. The food was great as well. By the time we were done it was nearly 11:30. Honestly one of the kindest restaurants I’ve been to who extend their closing time only for one table...
