I came here with my wife. We got a table instantly on arrival. Service from the waiters was good. How ever the tomato garnish on the croquettes was gone off. We didn't say anything. The mains arrived 15 m after order. The rabbit was over cooked and the lamb chops contained about 50 grams of meat on the full portion. We made a comment to the server that the portion is ridiculously small. No action was taken. When they checked on us we sent back a few bare bones saying this is not food and they are serving bare bones, expecting them to cook one or too more cutlets more. Instead the manager came back with the plate arguing with us that this is a young lamb. I payed 72 euro in the end and told the manager the way we were treated was extremely unprofessional and this should be improved. She just stood there speechless and handed me the bill. Message to the management team. You need to change your meat supplier and the managers attitude. Alot of room for work here. Coming from hospitality staff. Both me and my wife. Hope it was just a bad day . But bad day for both of us and you. But it costed me 72 euro. Nothing complemented for the mistakes. No apology. We had to wait for about 10 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to drink, even though there were only four people in the restaurant. It seemed that the waiter didn't want to communicate with us because he didn't speak English, so he waited for the waiter who did. (We greeted him in Spanish when we entered, because I speak Spanish.) We had a hard time ordering later because they didn't listen to us enough. The background music was distracting and didn't fit the atmosphere of the place at all. But the biggest problem was not this, but the Russian salad. Instead, I got mashed potatoes with carrots. I’ll edit my review about Seafood paella. It wasn’t good, because the rice wasn’t ready enough.

And the were the troubles with communication with stuff, who couldn’t understand what I was asking. I ordered paella just for myself, but I didn’t know that I’ll pay as for 2 people. It was my mistake, but she didn’t tell me that in advance.

The boss of the restaurant was really rude to me and she even didn’t want to listen anything, because her English was really bad. That’s why she was even shouting that she’ll call a police 🤦‍♀️
