Restaurante TIVOLI STEAKHOUSE & TERRACE — Restaurant in Alcúdia

This review is from 2017. We have used Tivoli a few times in the last week and have mostly good things to say. The waiters are brilliant, super friendly and patient when faced with none spanish speakers like myself, they are very humorous and give advice on where to visit on the island. The steaks are amazing especially the Fillet Steak, a nice big chunk of meat and the jacket potatoes were good too. The Lasagne is also very nice and is a large portion too. The fries unfortunately are a big let down, they taste like ordinary supermarket oven chips, it would be better if they were homemade hand cut chips as that would compliment the steaks better. The cocktails are brilliant especially the Tivoli Special and The Zombie. The entertainment is brilliant if you like country 60s to 80s music, the singer/guitarist was very good and the volume is loud enough to hear but not too loud to disrupt a conversation. Overall we will definitely eat here again, it's a very pleasant place to eat and the food is mostly good :)

Edited review in 2022 Our third visit to the island and we came back a few times to Tivoli this week as our experience was excellent last time and we were not disappointed, the Fillet steak is exactly as I remembered as was the lasagna, the cocktails were also perfect, and the fries have improved massivly since the last visit, the waiters were fantastic just like last time and we can't wait to have our last Mallorcan Meal tomorrow with them to wrap...

We had a flight that arrived at 1130pm and were worried that we wouldn't be eating with us being self catering... we happened to walk past this restaurant and realised it was open until 1am!!

Decided to give it a go and wow what a find!! A fabulous welcome and it definitely became part of our family holiday! We loved to eat at 1030pm after our entertainment where we were staying! Made a great night!

It catered happily for myself (a pescatarian - I don't eat meat, only fish!), my husband, our 18 year old daughter and our 7 year old daughter! Great kids menu and lots of variety. Can definitely recommend sharing a 4 cheese pizza and some chips if you don't want to buy a huge main meal! They were delicious!!!!

We didn't have one bad meal here in the whole week. Would definitely recommend it if you want a very warm welcome with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our holiday fantastic!!

Avoid this place like the plague. Having walked past on many occasions both this year and previous years on holiday in mallorca we decided that we couldn't resist seeing and smelling those steaks on the barbecue any longer. Dont be fooled! We spent almost 3 hours in this restaurant with tired children by the end of it. They take ages to take your order, ages to bring the food. When the well done steak arrived it was still mooing and had to get sent back meaning another 45min wait to get it back. Drinks were ordered that never arrived. The kids meals should have come with ice cream but there was no way we was waiting another hour for those to arrive. We requested the bill and guess what, another half hour later still waiting. I ended up walking over to try and pay myself. Greeted with a 140€ bill I complained only to be hurled with abuse and threatened to have the police called if I didnt pay.
