Sea Soul Beach Club — Restaurant in Alcúdia

Really unwelcoming bar. Resulted in leaving after 3 minutes. The bar was empty at 12 o'clock. A lady from Argentina was serving us. We had 6 people and wouldn't allow 2 tables moved together and said we should sit apart. There is no need for this, and this wouldn't have caused an issue. As we were ordering, we were told the menu is out of date, and prices were wrong because of new ownership. I asked why the restaurant opened without a menu (fair question). She said I was an unwelcome customer. So we left.

Sono stata a mangiare qui oggi è vi spiego come è andata. Ho salutato una cameriera entrando che non mi ha ricambiato, l'ho incrociata con lo sguardo più volte per chiederle un tavolo ma niente, neanche un sorriso o un cenno per farmi capire che mi aveva visto ma doveva servire prima altri e aspettare un minuto. Mi rivolgo a un altra che mi dice che fa alzare un ragazzo che stava aspettando asporto. Quando libera il tavolo clienti che venivano dalla spiaggia si stavano sedendo e visto che non sembrava determinata a dire niente, ho lasciato il tavolo grande a loro che erano in tre e mi sono accontentata di un tavolino. L'attesa per essere servita è stata lunga e l'hamburger che mi era arrivato era duro e sapeva di bruciato, come se l'avessero cotto più volte. Inoltre, me lo ha servito la prima cameriera, che spero non l'abbia fatto apposta ma solo sbagliato i calcoli, ha appoggiato il piatto abbastanza forte sul tavolo. L'altra cameriera è stata gentile dicendomi che se avessi detto qualcosa, avrebbe fatto cambiare il piatto. Ma non è questo il punto. Per un posto più caro rispetto agli altri, questi piatti non dovrebbero neanche uscire dalla cucina. A mio avviso, sono pochi a gestire una grande...

This is an amazing place to eat and drink on the beach, loved the difference, always fresh food, the only beach bar in Alcudia Beach with different menu, and the staff is the best, really friendly, always with a smile, excellent service, specially Adriana Negroni, visited couple of days and they have the best attitude to serve people.
