How many ways can a place get it wrong?

We were amongst the first to arrive, so you can't put the poor service and errors down to being busy.

We questioned our order when it arrived, and again when we saw what was arriving at other tables.

We were perplexed that what arrived at our table was so little and so wrong.

Eventually, our waitress conceded that a mistake had been made.

Oddly, she made no offer to rectify it.

I so much wanted to give them five stars but they just didn't deserve it. We went to celebrate our 43rd anniversary and I had scoured the internet for something special. We ordered the parrilla abrasador for 29€. There is a good variety of meat but not necessarily a generous amount. The disappointment came with the fact that the meat was barely room temperature and by the end was actually cold! I may give them a second chance. The individual cuts looked good...

We were very disappointed with this restaurant. We came at 8:00 PM but were told the kitchen wouldn’t open until 8:30. That was fine, and we explained right away that we were there for dinner and would wait. But even after the kitchen opened, we had to wait another 45 minutes before a waiter finally brought us the menu.
