Generally I'm not a vegetarian, I do love meat. We went to this place because of its rating and the food was amazing, even without any meat. We had a really tasty burrata as a starter, two various pinsas (Roman-style pizza with thicker, fluffy, dough), asian rolls in an amazing cauliflower puree, delicious Bolognese-like lasagna and two various, quite unusual deserts. For restaurant standards in Spain the coffee was also quite good. I'd strongly recommend this place even to fundamental meat-eaters to experience how amazing vegetarian food can be.

Update: We re-visited the place after ~2 years. This time I paid even more attention to the meals and I got amazed by the little details in texture. All the dishes we had were hiding some interesting element of surprise (e.g. a crunchy component or an unexpected taste combination). The chef is passionate about his creations and accompanies the dishes with the story behind each meal. It saddens me that we were the only guests during our off-season visit of this hidden gem, where each plate is a delicious...

Let me start by saying this has been one of the most interesting and unique dining experiences I've had so far in 2022.

I'm not usually a person who cares too much about service but the staff here were both very friendly and welcoming. We asked them for suggestions about what to order and they gave us fantastic recommendations.

For me a restaurant is made by its food and the food here will not disappoint you! All the dishes were so diverse with their ingredients and the presentation the chef adds to each dish was truly a work of art. In particular I really loved their Burata salad with Spring peas and their 'Lucky Lasagna'. Both super tasty!

Last but not least, the price was super affordable for the amazing experience I had. We paid about 25 per person, its easily worth it in my eyes.

This is a fantastic restaurant and I will definitely come back to...

You know when you find a hidden gem and want to tell everyone about it? Well, Banaras is just that. The passion and energy of the chef is infused into every dish, and it all tastes like it was made with love, great care, and high quality ingredients. The flavors were surprising at times, and beautifully combined. The produce is all locally sourced, and if you like to try new things, you will find something new here. Everything is beautifully presented and decorated with edible flowers, making you feel as special as a god. A wonderful, slow dine for us. Perfect. We ate from the vegan offerings on the...
