Gioelia Cremeria on the Explanada in Alicante is an absolute gem. The ice cream is simply fantastic—rich, creamy, and full of flavor, easily some of the best we’ve ever tried. The presentation is beautiful, and there’s a wide variety of flavors to suit every taste, from classic favorites to more unique options.

The staff are welcoming and efficient, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The only small downside is the limited indoor seating area, which can fill up quickly, especially on hot days. That said, with the Explanada right outside, it’s a pleasure to enjoy the ice cream outdoors while taking in the atmosphere.

Overall, Gioelia Cremeria delivers outstanding quality and is a must-visit when in Alicante. Definitely...

Super delicious ice cream! If an Italian says so it is the real thing! When you are away from home and find that special food that reminds you of home it must be a very good feeling! I and my husband loved the ice cream and the super kind hard working lady tonight was so special, very thankful for not having closed the store when she was left all by herself for many hours! She had to close the store because closing time 10:30pm but the door kept on opening and more people were coming in and she patiently kept on going! You are a super woman! Thank you for being so kind and making everyone happy tonight! Thank you P.s My choice tonight was cheesecake...

We ordered the "Grande" Ice-cream meaning 3 flavours but two of the ice-cream cups represented only half of a normal cup. Also, despite ordering the Grande Ice-cream we were charged for the XXL, 11.80 Euro even tough the Grande costs 4.8 Euro each. Unfortunately, after having eaten the Ice-cream both of us had some specific digestive problems, I am sure you know what I mean... Nonetheless, it's not that the ice-cream tastes bad or anything like that but since it is presented like an Italian Gelato I would have expected to taste like one. Thank you....
