This is the second time I was in this place and all issues from my previous comment were now fixed so I could enjoy one of the best pizzas in my life. I highly recommend this place.

Previous review: I stumbled upon this place by random, while having an evening stroll through Alicante. I didn't expect much although I always have some expectations as pizza is simply my thing. Let me start with the good part - the dough is really (!) good and so are the pizza compositions (!!). Everything tastes fresh, original and very interesting. I highly recommend going with their recommendations you like to explore a bit. Whoever is the mastermind behind the kitchen - I salut you! Good job Unfortunately (and say that with great regret because this place deserves 5 stars if for the kitchen only) the service part lacks behind - understafffed and can hardly cope with the traffic. My pizza was served luke warm. When I was asked about my experience I shared that my only complain is about that and it was mentioned I could have said something and get my pizza re-heated. Please don't offer that to anyone ever again because re-heated pizza is not something we come to place like yours, especially when the pizza has some fresh toppings which would no longer be fresh if they go into the oven.

Firstly Id advice you go with a reserve because its always full, and rightfully so!!! I went with a group. They were quick in taking our orders and making the food etc Food: It doesnt have much veggetarian options but they do allow you to add and/or remove ingredients so you can somehow customize yours. It wasnt the best pizza ever but i think the ingredients were a good quality, just not my taste. Amazing Pizza – But Lacking in Other Areas

The pizza here easily deserves 5 stars – delicious, authentic, and clearly made with care. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t quite match the quality of the food.

Service was slow and inattentive. One young woman spent most of the time glued to her phone and laptop, while the other tried her best – but sadly, her English wasn’t very strong.

The air conditioning was set way too low, even for summer. There were six of us, and we were practically freezing – and we’re from Denmark 😅

Also, the wine selection didn’t live up to the quality of the food. A better wine list would really complement the excellent pizza.
