La Tasca 7 — Restaurant in Arona

Okay position for a restaurant, had big sunshades. The prices are okay, the only thing which is a bit unusual was that the host, which is standing on a street and showing you the menu so you can decide if it's okay for you, showing you a little different prices than that they are inside (see picture below), but the difference is not a big one, and it was a good guy! Food was decent for the price, we had no complaints. Service was a bit off, as we have been served by two different waitres (they had 8 customer in total). The guy was pretty calm but the indonesian girl was a bit mad because we asked to pay with the card and anyways she brought us the bill and expected frow us to pay with cash, probably because of the tip, therefore we asked again to bring as a card reader so we can pay, she just gave us a "the look" and brought it. We payed and decided not to tip her as the we thought that she doesn't deserve it and she got even more upset because of it, so she kept shouting at us "BYE!" "BYE!" as we were walking out. We have been coming to La Tasca 7 for a number of years. The tapas is great value and all taste great. Food portions are really good and as the vegan in the party, I'm always looked after. Occasionally you'll have to wait longer for your food at busy times, but when you do the food still arrives all together (we're a group of 7), hot and consistently good. Value for money is spot on (cocktails as good a vfm as the food), we've tried most other places in Los Cristianos, but always come back to La Tasca 7 for a great meal and great service. Customer service is just non-existing. Since most meals come with fries and due to dietary needs I can't eat fried things I asked the waitress to replace it with salad, she started arguing with me, that the fries were included and the meal was cheap....Eventually she came with 2 wraps and said they put the salad in them. I didn't understand why, but was first happy with the extra wrap until I found a long hair in one of them. Luckily my friend speaks Spanish and complained about it. At the end they still wated to charge the full amount for the hairy food, luckily my friend intervened in Spanish. At least the smoothy and coffee were all right, hence the 2 stars...
