I had the BEST birthday dinner! We were late and they were so kind about it, served and treated me like a princess. Oxtail was great and very filling, croquettes as well. Entrail was silky smooth to taste, and the smoked cod as starter was the perfect beginning. The chefs salad was a perfect side and the forest fruit dressing so yummy! They surprised me with a beautiful costume dessert and I couldn’t be happier! The waiters were friendly, humorous and really fun! 100% recommend

Uno de los mejores restaurantes a los que hemos ido en el sur. Los platos de la carta son de.comoda española, pero a parte de los que puedes encontrar en cualquier sitio, tienen otras cosas diferentes como callos, chorizos a la sidra, codillo o caracoles. Nosotros pedimos huevos rotos con jamón, mejillones en salsa y carrilleras al Pedro Ximénez. Los huevos estaban espectaculares, un plato sencillo pero con producto de buena calidad y bien huevo. El jamón de los huevos era buenísimo. Los mejillones eran en salsa de tomate, para mí gusto estarían mejor con algo de ajo, pimienta y perejil para que tuvieran más sabor, pero estaban ricos. Y las carrilleras muy buenas también, venían con puré de papas y la salsa era espesa y de sabor fuerte. Muy rico el plato y muy agradable la cena en general. El local es muy bonito y acogedor. Es bastante grande aunque no lo parece desde fuera y todo el personal nos atendió muy bien. Seguro que repetimos.

Relación calidad precio descompensada. Buenos entrantes -sencillos- la morcilla muy buena, el jamón de bellota 5J es incomprensible que esté cortado a cuchillo, luego guardado en vademécum y por último puesto en plato pegadas unas lonchas con otras, es estropear un producto premium. Solomillo quemado en algunos puntos. Adjunto foto. Bacalao seco y guarnición reseca -recalentada en horno- previa "ligera discusión" con la maitre que a mi comentario de "recalentado" dijo que no, que se hacen 10 raciones diarias (o las que fueran) y luego de terminan en el horno. Vamos, recalentado. Incomprensible. El bacalao en baja temperatura está listo en 15 minutos. La guarnición la tienes lista y se calienta... No es un pil pil... El restaurante es precioso por dentro. La bodega podría tener más y mejores referencias, por precio de principales y calidad general hay bastantes sitios mejores. Una pena porque prometía...

An absolute hidden gem of exceptional attention to detail! From the pristine, professional, friendly staff welcoming us, to the captivating, charismatic, decor to the outstanding menu this restaurant oozes elegance and perfection!

The menu is indulgently simple, extremely modern, refreshingly resourceful! Refined with expertly chosen delicacies. No expense has been spared in sourcing the finest ingredients we could tell throughout every course!

I have lived on the island for many, many years, no venue in my opinion has this level of ambience, charisma and flare-something you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant in London! Truly an unrivalled experience!

We are new parents we wanted an indulgent treat, we were both so incredibly impressed!

A hidden gem, the welcome to the restaurant is exceptional. The staff are efficient ,polite,and generous with information about wine and food. They have an extensive selection of wine all at reasonable prices. The food we had was outstanding . A wonderful atmosphere. Unable to fault after several visits, looking forward to our next visit to Tenerife when we will enjoy more visits to La Despensa....
