THE BEST PLACE TO WATCH SPORTS AND HANG OUT IN LOS CRISTIANOS
Not being the biggest football fan, I probably have to thank (?) the Taylor's lounge for igniting the passion to follow Euro 2021 religiously during my stay at Tenerife. Honestly great food, very reasonable prices and an all-around great atmosphere.
Personal recommendations: Fish and chips (when available - usually during a busier evening): super tasty, big enough to feed a family of 4 Nachos with meat (con carve): what a monster of a snack. Be careful - if you're only half hungry, you'll not be able to finish it. Beer - Alhambra. Spanish, cheap and tasty.
Tiny red flag/recommendation to the lounge staff: cocktails were fine in taste, but really lacking in alcohol. This happened 3 times in a row with different choices too. Still a great place!!!
Special shout out to the staff: they remembered us/what we ordered after a single visit and were super friendly. Honestly,...
Read moreWent in here today to watch the rugby as this pub just round the corner from where we are staying seemed a nice place so thought we would try it. To say was disappointed was an understatement. We sat down and waited for our drinks order to be taken not one member of staff acknowledged we were sat there despite them watching us walk in. We sat there for 35mins and no one came over. When we first walked in my husband tried to ask one of the staff it was ok to sit at the table he put his hand up as in he didn't want to answer my husband but yet someone else went over to the member of staff and he spoke to the customer the member of staff was extremely rude. So after 35mins of waiting we got up and left then the member of staff that had been rude then tried to talk to us to which we just ignored it just like how we were treated. Clearly it's a bar where your face has to fit...

Tonight we ate and had the fish and chips and have to say they genuinely were the nicest fish and chips I've ever had. I tend to steer clear of fish and chips because quite often the promise of the best fish and chips around generally leads to disappointment. Not this time. This time I was expecting the usual but what I got was the freshest, lightest but not too light, battered fish, and chips that were the size of fries but proper chips. Peas are peas to me so nothing special there as far as my pea taste buds go but the rest of the plate was amazing and a decent portion as well. My experience now of an already great sports bar has gone way up in my estimations to a great eating place as well. Thanks Andy amd...
