Hands down the worst and most ridiculous service and food I have ever experienced.

Our waitress appeared to be more suited for a slapstick comedy routine than attending to customers. She took it upon herself to baptize my friend with a full glass of sangria, and she must have found it rather amusing as she started laughing happily.

But the croquetas almost stole the show - a breathtaking display of acrobatics as the waitress launched them straight onto the floor. Again, she must have loved it as she bursted out in an uncontrollable laughter.

Shockingly, the fallen croquetas never came back, but still left a hefty charge on the bill. Parkour.

The patatas, fried cheese, prawn croquetas, and chicken croquetas were all absolutely indistinguishable from one another both in taste and in look.

The chicken salad was a bunch of onions haphazardly tossed into a bowl, with a ghostly presence of a chicken that must have lost all its taste after being microwaved for longer than it breathed when still alive.

The sangria was just juice with extra sugar, no trace of wine whatsoever.

Curiously enough, the waitress’ laughter vanished when we dared question the missing croquetas and politely requested a discount for the sangria bath.

Attention to detail, best tostadas on the island, BEST SANDWICHES as well (I am a sandwich-lover and it is hard to find a good one around here, these ones though have the best bread, always fresh ingredients and are put together with care and according to your wishes). Staff is always polite and caring, your cold orders arrive cold and your hot orders arrive hot and on time. The ambient is simple with a style, always clean and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxing but also festive in the evenings without it being overbearing. The food here is fine – nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. On our first visit we were served by a lovely lady who made the experience pleasant, and we left a generous tip. Unfortunately, our second visit changed our impression completely. The man serving us was rude, dismissive, and made no effort to engage when we tried speaking Spanish, instead replying only in broken English with a smug smile.
