DISGRACEFUL!!!! Don’t waste your time ant this dump. ordered food, for it to be a no show and no refund. I went to the restaurant and asked them about it and if they could help, they turned around and said how it’s not their problem and then tell me I haven’t paid for it as I hadn’t finished my order. My order was finished because money had been taken out of my account. Very unhappy with this place and currently still awaiting my refund. Deserves to be shut down with the terrible customer service and cleanness of the place. Rude employees and manager too. 0 stars is my true rating....

Eine Sauerei! Aber der Reihe nach. Angekommen im Restaurant, machte es einen vertrauenserweckenden Eindruck. So bestellten wir eine kleine und eine mittlere Pizza, einen großen mediterranen Salat und eine kleine Fanta. Dafür verlangten die Herrschaften 24,90 Euro. Da wir auf Lanzarote wohnen, darf ich sagen, dass dieser Preis schon an sich eine Unverschämtheit darstellt. Vergleichpreise liegen hier etwa bei 17,00 Euro. Die Lust vergang uns aber erst richtig, als das Essen kam. Es gibt kein Besteck und keine Gläser. Dafür werden Pappbecher und in Plastiktüten verschweißte Plastikgabeln gereicht. In einem Restaurant im offensichtlich oberen Preissegment eine Frechheit. Der mediterane Salat wurde im Plastikbecher gereicht. Er bestand aus einer handvoll Tütensalat, einigen panierten kleinen Hähnchenbällen, einem spritzer Essig und Öl, wohlgemerkt einzelnd in Plastik verpackt. Das wars! Keine Tomaten, Gurken, Oliven, Zwiebeln.... oder was ihr auch immer unter mediterran versteht. Weniger als halb so viel wie ein Fertigsalat vom Lidl für den doppelten Preis und alles schön in Plastik. Die Pizzen waren zugegebener Maßen geschmacklich ok, aber halt ohne wirklichen Teller, ohne Besteck und viel zu teuer. Fazit: Lieblos, teuer, umweltschädlich, ohne Besteck und ohne allem was eine Pizzaria zu einer Pizzaria macht. Finger weg! Eurem Gaumen, Eurem Portmonee und Eurer...

bastante mala experiencia, ya que la atención del encargado dejó bastante que desear negándose a aplicarnos la oferta del Telepibox la cual aparecia en la aplicación como disponible en tienda, diciéndonos que esa oferta no estaba disponible en su local a lo que le contesté que en la app estaba seleccionado ese local en específico a lo que su contestación literal fue, pues no con risas. No satisfechos y utilizando el sentido común de que si la oferta no estuviese disponible en la tienda, no saldría en la app, realizamos el pedido por la app, y como estabamos en el local h vimos como ese ticket salió, el encargado consultaba con una trabajadora que esa oferta era como un menú individual por Internet, descartó el ticket del pedido y se espero un rato para preguntar por nuestro numero afirmando que no habia saltado tal pedido, finalmente volvimos a realizar el pedido junto a el y no tuvo otra que justificar que el pedido anterior no saltó, realizando el menu individual finalmente a pesar de no estar satisfecho, nos acabó entregando unas cajas llamadas telepi box, que se suponian que no disponian en el local como el encargado afirmó en principio.
