Horrible experience!!!! The woman who brought the food out was super rude. We complained and she took and knife out!!! CRAAAZYYYYYY!!!! She was hysterical out of nothing. And then, they also wanted to charge us for the cutlery.
And now I see she (I guess the same woman since she was the youngest) IS replying saying is not True?? Well, there was plenty of people witnessing around. AND Listen, I didn't go to the police because my friends stopped me from doing so.
AND Now the facts. This big woman with curly hair in the kitchen, when raised a knife (while out of control), had to put herfself together thanks to the other cook (woman also and older), who was nice and tried to fix it. While doing so, they fell on the floor along with the 3rd cook (female also) SO Careful with saying your clients lie.... Because it's easier to apologize and say that there were problems that day and the staff was stressed.
AND About the salt.. Are you serious??? Be nice to travelers and manage your comments on the internet in a more professional way. The fact that you have been 2 years doing well running your business, doesn't mean that you did it right with us that day. Which you didn't.
AND MORE about the issue, on the way downstairs to town, a couple who was also at the bar and heard the discussion told us that before we arrived apparently the staff was discussing between them (The old man serving behind the bar apparently with the kitchen staff).... As you see there's plenty of info.
And an advise, check how brands manage and deal with unsatisfied clients online, since you have mismanaged this event on the spot on the day it happened, as well as in the thread of comments here.

After 5 minutes of shouting he used his card machine which worked perfectly. I wonder if this is part of the anti-tourism sentiment in Mallorca at the moment, or possibly cash is better for tax purposes... who knows. Either way it spoiled an otherwise good visit. He 'politely' suggests that customers should enquire as to whether a place takes cash or card in every outlet. Every one we've been to so far accepts card so it seems to me it would be better that if his equipment / Internet service is broken he should put a 'cash only' sign up. It was a Sunday in September at about 2-3PM, we were just coming back from the beach and we were starving. We could have just taken a piece of cake with a bottle of water to take away and be served in 2min. But apparently this was to difficult to do for the staff because the restaurant was already full. (Even if they did take the time to serve some beers to other customers at the bar).
In such case, please inform people directly that the restaurant is full and closed for new customers. Don't make them wait for 10 min for nothing and please be more polite when you reply to them (especially when they make the effort to speak in the...
