100 Montaditos Barcelona Nou Barris — Restaurant in Barcelona

I went there on Sunday for the first time. Since I already have read some reviews and knew that there is 1 euro for all, I didn't expected much. But I was sooo positively surprised! Firstly, I got my order before I expected (the lady told me that I have to wait approx 25 mins for takeaway, but it was about 15). Secondly, the takeaway packaging was great (a huge paper bag and a solid but cute carton box inside). I was very surprise by the taste. Each montadito was delicious and fresh - crunchy outside and soft inside. Finally, I was so glad that I decided to try the sweet ones! They are delicious too,made of sweet bread with chips of chocolate (I got the one with marmalade and second with chocolate and dulce leche. A friend told me lately that she doesn't care for 100Montaditos because it's just so much bread. I lived in Spain from 2011 to 2014, so maybe things had changed from what I remembered back then. Well, I can't speak for others, but THIS location is fantastic! The montaditos are prepared with generous proportions and the service is always fast and friendly. I'm able to order in Spanish, but at least one of the guys I've ordered with recognized me and initiated our interaction in English, which was considerate of him. My only complaint is that most of their seating is outside and it can be a bit chilly in colder months. Overall, though, I highly recommend this location, especially on...

The food was good and the service was quick but it was evident how tired all the staff members were, but they were nonetheless friendly. My only complaint was how the pigeons were rooming freely and relieving their needs on the tables, only for it to get cleaned with a wet rag and nothing more.
