We've been to other Goiko locations and this was our first time at this one. We will not be returning.
No other customers were in the restaurant; literally we were the only ones. Our first waitress, China (a), was curt with us. After a different employee (b) brought the food out, no one stopped by our table to ask how things were, to see if we needed anything, or if we wanted the check for one hour.
During our entire stay, all of the employees, except one woman (c), were sitting at a table in the corner at the opposite end of the restaurant.
The hamburger meat was not very appetizing; interior temp was acceptable, but the exterior was exactly the same temp. We would have liked to have seen the exterior at least a little seared. The sweet potato fries were soggy and room temp.
We were surprised to see the lack of thorough and deep cleaning; lots of glass and other transparent surfaces were not wiped down, various surfaces in the bathroom looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while, the wall next to the restroom entrance was pretty marked up and looked unkept. To be clear, the restaurant wasn't filthy, but we got the impression they superficially or bare minimum clean.
Given our experience and the 50€ bill for a single appetizer (tequeños), two unmodified hamburgers, two non-alcoholic drinks, and no dessert, it's simply not worth the money.

I couldn’t have an experience at this place, because for the second time, the same lady made it the hardest for us to consume in there. The first time, we asked for a table for 3, and she said it wouldn’t be possible to spend more than an hour there, we asked why and she said that they were full, but we looked around and saw many empty tables. Ok, we left. The family behind us had the same treatment and left the restaurant quite upset as well. The second time, the same lady of the reception made an inpatient face when she saw we were with a baby stroller, and said it would only be possible to sit in a quite narrow corner, I asked to sit at the other side, where there were 2 families, also with their strollers, plus at least one table empty, and she said and I quote “today, we are working only with this side of the restaurant” (the side with small tables and very small room, not the one with more space and families and strollers). Como un pésimo servicio puede cargarse una cena. Made in Goiko.
Llegamos al restaurante sobre las 20:40/20:45 aprox veníamos mi pareja yo y nuestra perrita. El local es pet friendly y solo hay medio restaurante lleno. Preguntamos a una de las chicas si podemos cenar para dos sin reserva que venimos con nuestra perrita. Nos dicen que la zona habilitada para ellos es la zona derecha del local, que está llena (nadie con perros) mientras que toda la zona del local izq vacía. Ya empieza a olernos o poca coordinación eso de llenar esas zonas o lo de PET friendly Puro postureo.
Nos ofrecen terraza, hoy en Barcelona hace fresco, 18 grados y sin chaqueta, pues aunque lo aceptamos, si llegamos a saber lo que vendría después ni de broma.
La terraza estaba desierta, solo había una pareja, que al poco de sentarnos, ya se iba. Nos piden las bebidas, esto eran las 20:55, hasta ahí medio bien. Hasta bien entradas las 21:05 no nos vienen a tomar el pedido, la zona interior se va llenando y parcialmente también la terraza.
Vemos que van sirviendo entrantes y bebidas, y se va llenando cada vez más. Las mesas interiores están servidas de comida, (si las de la parte izq antes vacía, que se llenó a posteriori que la nuestra, Tb estaban servidas o en proceso).
La gota que colma el vaso es, una pareja que se sentó sobre las 21:20 y pidió, le traen la cena sobre las 21:30 y nosotros con la cara de circunstancias. Pedimos educadamente que si pueden mirar dónde está nuestro pedido, que llevamos media hora esperando. A los 5 min sale la chica con nuestro pedido, y su disculpa fue, "lo siento vuestro pedido ya llevaba rato preparado, pero no lo habíamos servido porque vamos un poco a tope". Osea, la carne de las hamburguesas ya estaba tibia, tirando a fría, las patatas aún estaban bien. Y aunque la comida esta buena, pq no es de mala calidad, nos quedamos congelados esperando más de 30 minutos la comida, debido al pésimo servicio, con la idea de que si no hubiéramos preguntado, aún estaríamos esperando.
Desde luego que después de esta experiencia, ya nos han visto el pelo. Recomiendo a todo aquel que quiera comerse una hamburguesa gourmet, que por la zona de Fabra i Puig y virrei Amat, tiene alternativas de calidad ,y visto lo visto, mucho más competentes y centradas en la atención al cliente que aquí.
Le doy dos estrellas pq la comida no es mala como digo, pero si fuera por el servicio, le daba una o ninguna...
