365 | Parallel — Restaurant in Barcelona

I live close by and have visit a few times. The food has the same standards as the other Cafe365s, so nothing special there. But the service is lacking, often. The three last times I've visit I've needed to hover over the barista bar to make sure I get my coffee. They don't have a system in place for orders and forgets them regularly. I notice this right away when I order my coffee in spanish and askes if it's possible to have less foam. No communication between the person who took my order and the person who's making the coffee. It's just a lack of interest. It makes my hospitality...

The staff are always very welcoming and friendly, and luckily for me they understand my bad attempts at speaking Spanish! There is always a big choice of various pastries and drinks, later in the day the choices diminish somewhat because they stop the baking and stock is therefore not replenished. The price is also another big plus for 365, it's very cheap compared to what I'm used to in the UK, where I would struggle to get a cup of coffee for the 365 price of a coffee plus...
