A clever use of what could have been a boring cement urban open space. At the 3 chimneys (Tres Xemeneies), you'll find instead a community gathering space for all ages. Yes, you will have to be mindful of the many skateboarders zooming around, but we noticed them being equally vigilant of pedestrians admiring the art. And yes, it is very much art.
